Omawunmi, Buchi, Omobaba storm Coca-Cola Grotto


The Coca-Ola Christmas grotto at the National Theatre, played host to sensational singer, popular known as Omawunmi, who performed alongside, raga master, Buchi and Omobaba 1, one of Nigeria’s top comedians on Christmas day.

Fun lovers experienced refreshing timeouts with their friends and family members, where they relaxed and enjoyed the scenery as well as the thrilling musical mix from notable DJ’s on ground to performance daily.

Consumers thronged the grotto throughout the two weeks it opened as they engaged in games such as darts, table tennis, snooker and bouncing castles for the kids. The grotto also housed a barbeque section manned by professionals that grill mouth-watering chicken to the delight of consumers.

Globally, Christmas is usually appreciated and acknowledged as the season of love, Coca-Cola Nigeria during this year’s Christmas tree lighting ceremony enjoined Nigerians to celebrate the season as well as the people that have shown love, care and have done lots of sharing in the lives in 2009.

Coca-Cola and Christmas are closely associated as icons that inspire emotiveness.

In Nigeria , the year end festive season was redefined in 2007 by Coca-Cola with the launch of the Afro Santa and lighting of the biggest and red Christmas tree.
